YIN 1 is the first in a series of live recordings at Namaste Highland Park, Los Angeles. Working with instructor Sondra Sun-Odeon, I created a live set that accentuated the meditative aspects of restorative yoga asanas for a full moon class in July 2015. Turns out it's some heady stuff good for your own practice meditative or otherwise. xoxoian
